Our experienced tutors work individually with students and in small class groups, to ensure that there is a perfect balance of tutor attention and learning from peers.
We feel the key to success at 11plus is a strong understanding of core Maths and English skills. Therefore our Maths and English curriculum is fully adaptable which allows us to create a programme of study that meets your child’s individual needs. We identify your child’s current level of ability and challenge them from that point. We ensure your child will be confident and prepared for the 11plus entrance exam.
Our tutors will use material that has been tailored to suit the focus of exams in the local area, which will cover:
Verbal Reasoning
Non-verbal Reasoning
Maths including arithmetic and reasoning
Writing composition
Reading comprehension
Punctuation, grammar and spelling
Vocabulary
All of our tutoring sessions are for 1 hour (double sessions can be booked if required) and are held:
- Monday – Friday 3 pm – 8 pm
- Saturday 10am – 3pm
- Sunday 10am – 2pm
