What is included in the course curriculum:-
- Object Oriented Programming
- Utilising Linux/Unix
- Coding in C#
- SQL and other databases
- HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- REACT
- Understanding of software lifecycle and software development practices.
- Learning how testing is carried out, utilising test processes and procedures.
- Documenting software tests and using results to implement into the software development process.
- UI functional testing, manual testing, automated testing
Eligibility requirements
- Aged between 18 – 29
- Live within Shropshire, Herefordshire & Black Country county postcode
- Currently unemployed, and not in full/part-time education
- Computer literate, this is a coding boot camp and requires good fundamental skills in using computing programs such as Microsoft office.
- Access to own laptop, with at least 4GB Ram.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and complete the course
