Daljinder is an experienced civil servant with more than 15 years’ experience working across government, with a particular focus on technology, communications, and public sector engagement. She has played a key role in championing the Midlands’ involvement in national cyber initiatives, helping to strengthen collaboration between government, industry, and education to support digital skills and cyber resilience.
Alongside her public sector work, Daljinder has experience across both the public and private sectors, specialising in public relations, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and communications within policing and technology environments. She is a passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity, actively supporting underrepresented groups, mentoring students pursuing careers in technology, and helping to establish networks that create opportunities for a broader range of talent to enter the digital sector.
Daljinder brings valuable expertise in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, cyber and technology policy, and equality, diversity and inclusion. Her experience supports the Board in ensuring the organisation remains responsive to industry developments, engages effectively with its stakeholders, and continues to promote opportunities for learners from all backgrounds.
