At School of Coding & AI, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment for every student. If something has happened that has made you feel unsafe, uncomfortable, worried, or concerned about yourself or someone else, we encourage you to tell us. Every concern is taken seriously and will be reviewed by the appropriate member of our team.
Whether your concern is about safeguarding, bullying, harassment, discrimination, inappropriate behaviour, wellbeing, or any other issue, we are here to listen and support you.
What Can You Report?
You can use this form to report concerns such as:
- Bullying or cyberbullying
- Harassment or discrimination
- Safeguarding concerns
- Inappropriate behaviour by another student or member of staff
- Mental health or wellbeing concerns
- Online safety issues
- Academic misconduct
- Health and safety concerns
- Any behaviour that makes you or someone else feel unsafe
If you’re unsure whether something should be reported, it’s always better to let us know. We’d rather hear about a concern early than miss an opportunity to provide support.
What Happens Next?
Once you submit your concern:
- Your report will be reviewed by the appropriate member of our Student Support or Safeguarding team.
- We may contact you if we need further information (unless you've chosen to remain anonymous).
- We will assess the situation and take appropriate action where necessary.
- If support is needed, we'll ensure the right people are involved while treating your information with sensitivity and respect.
Please note that we may not be able to share the outcome of every report due to privacy and confidentiality requirements.
Can I Report Anonymously?
Yes.
You can choose to submit your concern anonymously. However, if you provide your name and contact details, it may help us investigate the matter more effectively or contact you if we need additional information.
All information submitted will be handled confidentially and in accordance with our safeguarding and data protection policies.
Is This an Emergency?
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, do not use this form.
Please call 999 immediately or speak to a trusted member of staff as soon as possible. Online reports may not be monitored outside normal working hours.
